We feel tired when we overwork . In order to regain the strength and energy required for work , we take rest for a while . It’s natural for our bodies to feel and act this way . Even the tongues get tired at one point and we may like to keep quiet for sometime . But what never stops working despite feeling tired are our brains . It’s always working and performing functions like processing sensory information and generating thoughts .Our brain is always active and thinking all the time. The question is how to calm thoughts that continously bother us and make us feel tired even though we are not physically tired .There are two types of thoughts - positive and negative . A positive thought will neither bother nor do any harm and will always bring joy and peace . Thoughts relating to love , care , gratitude and being kind and compassionate come under the category of positive thinking. A good thought always has the ability to relax, soothe and calm us. These are pleasant thoughts and we must train our brains to invite more of these positive thoughts . It works like a therapy . It helps us purify our mind and soul thus making us feel fresh and help us focus on positivity which is much needed for our emotional and physical well being. We feel good when we do good …. and to do good we need to think good . On the other hand, if the mind is generating negative thoughts all the time ; one can never feel relaxed and enjoy even the simple pleasures of life .Negative thoughts bother and take away the peace . They are the real culprits . One thought leads to another.Negative thoughts take away the positive energy leaving one feeling tired and exhausted . Negative thoughts like the ones related to jealousy, envy, revenge , hatred cause and does more harm to the people who generate such negative thoughts . Try to focus on positivity which can do wonders for for physical and emotional well being . Don’t judge, try to see the good in others and everything . Be in sync with nature for nature has the ability to heal and soothe . Train the mind to accept what is good and reject what is negative and toxic . And see the magic .
